Got a cardigan through eBay and it was in a horrible state dispite being advertised as good. It had a stain and bobbles all over it
I messaged the seller requesting a return and she said the cardigan was in perfect condition when sent and she does not accept returns.
I requested a return through eBay and attached photos and got an reply calling me a chancer and I can go to hell. I am hoping eBay come down on my side. I have asked 3 other people to look at the cardigan and they all agree the condition is awful
