Career change fed up NHS

So NC as may be identifying.
I am a dental nurse in the hospital and I'm fed up! Fed up of lack of career prospects and I want to do something more interesting and fulfilling.
I'm 30 and have 2 children under 5 so that may present some challenges.
I do like working in the healthcare sector.
Don't want to become a nurse due to the debt to income ratio - if it weren't for the debt that's probably what would appeal - maybe mental health nursing.
Don't mind student debt if I'm going to be getting a higher income at the end.
Briefly looked into radiographer, psychologist, occupational therapist, physio...but not sure how easy it is to get into.
Does anyone have any ideas of careers I may not have thought of related to any of these fields? Or any positive career change stories?
Also I live in South East so needs to be a uni nearby that does the course or potentially open university or apprenticeship...
Thanks!

Have you considered operating department practice? A few places still do the DipHE which only takes two years instead of the 3 year BSc, so you get into less debt overall. You still qualify as a band 5 with potential to progress much further. I think Buckingham still does it if you're near High Wycombe? bucks.ac.uk/courses/hnd/school-of-pre-qualifying-nursing-and-v-h-c/operating-department-practice-ft

There are nursing and odp apprenticeships now too. Check with your trust.

Odp is pretty transferable from dental nursing.

Depending where in the south east though odp may involve travel. I’m a student odp in the south east so pm me if you want any advice.
