Is this ok to eat?

I took this cooked seafood mix out of the freezer on Saturday morning. It's for 3 year old DC and my pregnant self. Doesn't go out of date for ages if frozen, but doesn't say on the packet how many days you have once it's thawed.

I’d eat the beef but not the seafood.

Do you have a microwave or multi-oven with a defrost option OP? I no longer take stuff out of the freezer to thaw before cooking (usually chicken portions, fish/shellfish) as I often change my mind about what I want to eat or am then not home. So I take stuff out of the freezer and put it through the defrost program until it's defrosted but still cold and cook it immediately. Won't help you this time (sorry, you'll need to bin the seafood and beef) but a thought for next time?

Also, additionally, I never defrost fish portions - straight from freezer to cooking, wrapped in foil and grease proof paper, maybe some small veggies, add a little oil/butter and sauces/condiments of your choice and away you go.

Enjoy your beans on toast - add an egg if you have any otherwise grate some cheese on top. Delicious! 😁
