Strange feeling..

Just joined mumsnet so be gentle
I have heeling going through alot lately, found out my husband of 4 years had an affair. He says he met her 3 4 times and never had sex but things happened, so dealing with this for the last 2 months then BOOM!!!
I go for a smear test and found out that I am pregnant! We have been trying for 4 years... why now? I am still not over the affair and this comes along. Isit a sign? Move on have a happy ever after.. brain is in over drive. I also have a 10 year old who was not happy about the new baby news.

It's highly likely he did have sex with her. Only you can decide how to feel and what to do. Is your husband grovelling and saying the right things or is he expecting you to just accept and move on?
I wouldnt make the decision based on your 10 yr old btw.

No he was very upset and said all the right things, went and brought me an eternity ring saying it will never happen again and he wants to be with me forever. He understands I will not forgive it straight away and I need time. I would never just up and leave as it didnt feel right to walk away. I believe in second chances and we got married for a reason.
But finding out I am pregnant has just blown my mind.!
