Can anyone recommend a brand? I'm currently having to click on every antiperspirant to find out that it has a scent. I want something that won't clash with my perfume or leave me smelling "powder fresh" or like "spring"!!!!!

Mitchum unscented. Available at Sainsbury’s. Really good stuff.

dudsville · 05/06/2019 12:39

Aha, I found one! The term I wanted was fragrance free - there was only one, TripleDry, but I'm going to try it.

Mum roll on fragrance free

captainprincess · 05/06/2019 12:44

Biosen deodorant is really good. Aluminium free and they do roll on as well. Sainsbury's sell it Smile

Peopleshouldsmilemore · 05/06/2019 12:59

Mitchum unscented is now perfumed. When they revamped the packaging recently they changed the formula. It even lists perfume in its ingredients. When they have scented versions available, it's beyond me why they would add scent and still label it Unperfumed.

dudsville · 05/06/2019 13:03

That's a shame about the mitchum one as it was half the price of the Tripledry. I'll also try Biosen and Mum, thanks very much! I used to use a stick by Arm & Hammer, it could only be bought on Amazon. It was scent free and worked really well but it was expensive and I thought it was a faff to have to special order antiperspirant.

@Peopleshouldsmilemore what!! Oh ffs why do companies insist on ruining good products?! So annoying.

Will be following this thread with interest now op!

Sainsburys own brand (not the basics)

Wheresmrlion · 05/06/2019 15:20

Sanex sensitive, peachy coloured one

dudsville · 08/06/2019 06:09

I got the mitchum one yesterday. It is scent free!!!! Thanks for the other recs. I'll keep a note of them to try if I feel mitchum isn't up to the job.

Simple works very well and is unscented

mightymouses · 08/06/2019 06:29

Another vote for Mitchum unscented

OneRingToRuleThemAll · 08/06/2019 06:33

Not so easily available, but I use Clinique roll on or stick. It's expensive but lasts months, no scent and really works.

whiskeysourpuss · 08/06/2019 07:24

@Peopleshouldsmilemore you may have solved the mystery of the sudden development of a rash on my armpits!

I've used Mitchum unscented for years with no issues but last few weeks since moving to new branding stock it's been a nightmare - I'm popping antihistamines like smarties & scratching like some sort of swamp monster Blush

Peopleshouldsmilemore · 08/06/2019 08:00

Glad to have helped! I found some old stock and bought them all (about 12) but I’ve run out now. I have no idea why they would reformulate it and add fragrance and still call it unperfumed. WHY do that????

QuestionableMouse · 08/06/2019 11:26

Another one. Held up pretty well to a sweaty 10 hour shift at work yesterday.

Just in case my pic doesn't work, it's nivea sensitive and pure.
