I'm starting a new job tomorrow and I'm lying here wide awake. I desperately need the sleep or I'll be shattered by lunchtime. Can someone please come over and knock me over the head!!!!

Ok just getting my mallett! Camomile tea instead?

Get up, have hot milky drink, then back to bed. I am in Sydney contemplating lunch 😊 Good luck with the job!

I'm also starting my new job this morning. Best of luck xxx
I hope you managed to get some sleep 😊🍀

Good luck @madcatladyforever and @SheChoseDown. Well done on getting the jobs!

I've heard milky drinks really assist with sleep.

Mine was rubbish last night, went to sleep then had a nightmare someone from the past was being evil. Woke up in a panic. Went back to sleep and I was getting chased by a pack of powerful snarling angry dolbermans. Woke up in a panic. Going to be tired today

Had an awful night too.

Went up quite early but couldn't nod off. Cue lots of tossing and turning (and getting more pissed off).

Heard something at 0.30am and the barstard cat who lives downstairs had managed to get in through a window we had left ajar. So I then had to get him out before he found my cat and they had another spat.

  • scaffolding just gone up for exterior work hence cat being able to get up to our masionette when he hasn't been able to before. He's already been in the house and been for my girl several times (windows open with hot weather!!)

4yo came on at 3.30am as she'd had a nightmare and baby is full of cold so woke me several times with her snoring.

Am up early as I need a blood test before work. So I've got a 10 hour day to contend with Shock
