Clear blue tests

Hi. I am ttc dc3.
I am one day late for my period so took a clear blue test this morning. The tip turned pink and then nothing appeared in the both windows for ages. After 20 mins there were two firm strong blue lines. Tonight I took another cb test and there has been a negative but nothing in the control window?! Surely I'm not doing this wrong 😂😂 has anyone else had any experience?

Sounds like the second one was faulty. Try another test, maybe not a CB one this time lol. I think you might be pregnant.

I thought cb would be the best at £7.50 a go!!! I'll leave it a few days and try again xx
