Pedder or Robinson Jackson

We are potentially looking to sell our house in South East London (Sydenham/Penge) through Pedder or Robinson Jackson and wanted to find out if people have had a good / bad experience through them?

We used Pedder in Crystal Palace and they were useless. Sat out our contract then switched to KFH. Have 2 other friends who have done exactly the same!

Don't know Robinson Jackson at all but if the CP KFH stretches to Penge I'd go with them. As well as the two friends mentioned above I have 3 more who started with other agents and all switched to KFH and then sold.
