Is it even possible to make any difference to your body shape in 30 days?..

Apparently so. I'm thinking of doing it during July to see what happens.

Yes, it's really intense. I lost 11lbs the first time I did it (I've done it 4 times now), I really tighten up around my hips and lose weight off my belly and thighs.

However, it's really really hard. Jillian has since said that working out like that is too hardcore for your body, and it's much better to do it with breaks in between, as so many people reported knee injuries etc doing it. She's chilled out a bit since her Biggest Loser days Wink. I'd really recommend doing it every other day rather than for 30 days straight.

I would say that you also need to adjust your food intake, cut out sweet snacks etc to make a big difference. Several years ago I did it with my edest dd, we didn't lose weight but got much fitter, better stamina
