I jog daily for about 35 minutes. The first 5 minutes, I power walk to warm up and then jog continuously for about 30 minutes.
Most of the time, my Samsung Health app records accurately - 30 minutes running, over 5km. But the past two days, it says I've walked the whole time. No running at all. And the distance recorded is also less than 5km (around 4.5km). The calories burnt are also less. Wtf is going on? I've done exactly the same distance if not more, at the same speed and I've jogged not walked.
Can anyone shed light on what's happening? It's a good thing I'm not too reliant on this app otherwise I'd feel rather disheartened.
