I've got pmt. I have weird shooting pains in my uterus and a swollen stomach. My skin and bowels are horrendous. I'm also being a huge crank

No and I'm on holiday with my ex

yes but all booked and paid for. We're on good terms. I swear I used to be a nice person lol

If you're on friendly terms can you ask him to buy you some stuff to make you feel better?
HOT WATER BOTTLE. Gin. New uterus? Depends on where you're on holiday. Might be cheap in the Balkans, bit more pricey in Barcelona....

Get thee to bed! Try and rest. And enjoy the rest of your holiday as much as you can. It's a shitty situation, I understand.
In a week or so, think about talking to a GP and getting some help about coping when PMT strikes. (I'm menopausal so leaving every one in thr house and standing outside helps for me,)
