I need to find a new job. I have been in my current job three years and two years into a training course. Sadly the course is going to shit (as in the course provider is failing - im self teaching and managing at the moment but there is a good chance the course might not run next year). Lots of changes in the work place is making it a toxic eork environment and people are leaving in droves.

I have a weird skillset/education background and im 48 i need help in identifying potential avenues to persue and don't know where to start with my cv.

Could you register with a couple of recruiters in your area? It’s in their interest to do your CV for you as it will help them place you (and make a fee from you).

Have a look at what colour is your parachute book and website.

I write CVs for a living. I work partly on the PeoplePerHour platform - you can post a CV writing job there and people with the relevant skills will contact you with a quote to help, and you can read our reviews etc to get a sense of who you are dealing with. (There are some larger CV writing companies out there, but they tend to be much more expensive and have a higher turnover of writers.)

National Careers Service will do it for you and free if claiming benefits etc.
