So just ordered from carluccios and got the wrong order. Called the restro who said i could keep the incorrect order as they cant have food returned. I told them not to bother sending my order too as what had arrived was fine.
I opened all the dishes to see what they were
Deliveroo guy has returned and took the incorrect food back (and delivered my order). Fine
But he seemed to be saying he would just get an additional starter (which i had eaten) and redeliver the food
Is that ok? Dont want to get a poorly paid worker in trouble but not sure if thats good health and safety for the recipient??
