Has anyone used glitter Duck tape?

The bottom of my little wheely case got scuffed on gravel this weekend :( so I wondered whether glitter duck tape stays stuck once stuck (does that make sense?!) so I can put some along the line where it's scuffed? I can see it happening again & would rather not end up with a rip if I can avoid it

Tia :)

You can buy glittery duck/duct/gaffer/gaffa tape?!

lucysmam · 02/06/2019 21:14

Yep, but I don't know if it's any good!

If it's a branded one I reckon it will be ok as they have their brand name to think of.

ballsdeep · 02/06/2019 21:21

Do you mean duct tape?

lucysmam · 02/06/2019 21:22

@ballsdeep nope, the brand name is Duck tape :)

ohmygod you need to go to Hobbycraft.

Glittery, coloured and patterned Duck tape.

Flowersmakemyday · 02/06/2019 22:36

So many colours available, I never knew it existed Shock

In my experience it only stays stuck if you wrap it all around so it's stuck to itself. It will last a while if not but it will start to come up at the edges and flap.

I have a bit of plastic trim held up above my front door with folded over duck tape (the trim fell off the morning we were having it valued, the only thing I had to stick it back was pritt stick or glittery duck tape, so opted to fold over the duck tape)
Still stuck. Over a year later Blush not bad for a temporary bodge repair!
