Would you eat roast beef slices 1 day out of date?

So annoyed as only noticed it went out of date yesterday when I fancied a sandwich!

If it smells and looks ok is it probably fine? Wouldn't risk chicken, but am tempted with beef.

Presuming it's been in the fridge, absolutely. In fact I would eat it tomorrow or Tuesday if it still smelled okay...
