The one with Tim Roth and Samantha Morton
It’s 2016 but on iplayer still and it’s magnificent. 3 hours of my life gladly spent, based on a true horrific story.
Fascinatingly awful
Jodie Comer in episode 2 as well
It’s haunting!

I'll have to look out for that.

The older film (60s?) is brilliant, too. With Richard Attenborough. (Very, very weirdly, we had that film as our school treat ... when our ages were 9-13. Even at the time, I thought it was a bizarre choice.)

Very macabre choice for school?! am going to seek out the RA film (have heard about it...)

I used to know a guy who knew Christie. Said he was a lovely bloke! Shock

Poor Ethel, I wanted her to run away and stay away.
