Stupid question about reheating food...

I defrosted cooked chicken in the fridge overnight, today I made a chinese chicken soup for lunch using this chicken.

I have 2 portions leftover.

Can I reheat them tomorrow for lunch or should I bin it because technically the chicken was already heated through?

Technically bin it but you'll get lots of replies saying eat it!

Oh. Damn, it was good and was hoping to eat it again tomorrow...

I would reheat one more time, as long as you know the food was cooled down quickly & then reheated to piping hot. I have done this with turkey in the past. I made a pie from leftover cooked turkey. Didn't eat the pie, so froze it & reheated it at a later stage. I bet the Food Standards Agency says only reheat once though.

Of course you can, so long as you refrigerated it as soon as it went cold you could reheat it 10 times and it won't hurt you.
