Warm, muggy & intermittently sunny here in Leicestershire.

Horribly hot and humid (London-ish) and nothing but loud music, yelling and the constant banging of one ball against a bat, interspersed by a motorbike alarm going off while the knob that owns it is cleaning the damn thing.

I am longing for cool, non-humid rain.

We've hardly seen the sun since the kids broke up for half term hols. It has alternated between persistently pissing down, or heavy grey cloud interspersed with the odd 10 minutes of sunshine for 8 days at least.

Today has been thick grey cloud with showers. Near Newcastle.

It's been 33 degrees in Turkey where we are, I like it hot but my god it's been cracking the flags today

The rain has stopped - for now - here, but it's looking ominous again now. It was briefly hot and sunny just before 5, but it hasn't lasted.

It is quite warm, even though it's grey, however.

Beautiful late afternoon here. Suns out and it's about 18c, a bit warmer in the sun.

On our way back to the airport at Newquay after a week away in Cornwall. Variable weather but last new days have been lovely and we've been lucky to avoid rain.

Gorgeous here in the new forest... sorry! I actually got sunburnt as I forgot my sun protection and am usually so careful!

Crap here! NE - no sunny skies for us.

It's been lovely here in north Wiltshire, blue skies, warm with a pleasant breeze. High clouds drifting in now, would love it to be like this all summer 😎
