Meringue help !

Making pavlova for tomorrow. I’ve never made a meringue before so did a trail run tonight - actually hoped it would be first time great.
The meringue is delicious but it’s completely stuck to the paper & as you can see has broken up when I’ve tried to pry off.
Any tips for 2nd run tomorrow?

Used to have this a lot. Bake on silicon paper. Turn off the oven and leave it in there until the oven is completely cold so the insides dry out.

Alternatively if its still sticks, use the lumps and call it eton mess!

I use oil then a sprinkle of flour over to stop it sticking
