I'm vegetarian and Chinese takeaway is the only thing that makes me miss meat!

My order now tends to be either salt & chilli bean curd (tofu) or sweet and sour bean curd, with fried rice, veggie spring rolls, and chips.

Not a lot of choice these days!

Ooh, I'd have had salt and pepper squid, crispy seaweed, Singapore rice noodles, sweet and sour prawns and plain rice.
Actually, that will be my order on Monday.

No one for crispy seaweed?! Totally makes any order just right!

MustardScreams where are you??? And can we come round for dinner? I love the sound of that menu, especially salted eggs. Yum. What's the delivery range of that take away?!

Chinese takeaway does not appeal to me, never has. It is very stodgy, and that’s a fact. Personal choice.

You are welcome to enjoy it, that’s your choice.

But what's the point in posting that you don't like it when the OP asked what she should order? How does that help her?

I'm sure that you'll have ordered by now but I love mixed or seafood satay with fried rice. Special fried rice or salt and chilli squid with noodles. Kung po chicken is lovely too.

Seaweed
Singapore vermicelli
Salt and pepper chips
Carton of curry sauce
Can of fizzy vimto

We just ate:
BBQ spare ribs
Crispy chilli beef
Chicken and cashew in yellow bean sauce
Singapore noodles
Rice

Delicious!

We've just had crab and sweet corn soup, hot and sour soup, spring rolls, spare ribs with honey sauce, half crispy duck and Singapore chow mein. I know, we're really greedy but there are plenty of left overs for munching later and for breakfast tomorrow!

Chicken noodle soup & spring rolls is my favourite order, lovely comfort food to me.

I love Chinese but never get it these days as DH doesn't like it. Plus they don't deliver and I can't drive so it's off the menu.

Crispy beef Cantonese style
Lemon chicken, it was delicious

@SinkGirl completely agree! So much better than the beef one. Hardly anywhere does it though! I found it last year and it's completely changed my Chinese ordering 😂🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

I had chicken chow mein was looking forward to it but when it came the noodles were disgusting and mushy

Lemon Chicken, Chicken Satay, Beef with Mushrooms and rice. Now I'm hungry...

Hong Kong sweet and sour crispy chicken with egg fried rice. Occasionally sweet and sour pork balls .

Me too nothingtowearever - its the only thing I must order every time!

It’s usually in with the starters/appetisers if that helps
