Now it's getting warmer I'm trying to make sure we get out and do things more.

I work middle of the week 2 days, first day I'm off we have a good play group, a fair walk from home so between getting there, the group, lunch at the park and walking back most of the days been comfortably used.

Another of the days we generally get together with a couple of mums and got to the park or something with lunch involved.

But I have a third day where I then run out of steam.
She's started being very interested in the tv so I have made a conscious effort to keep that off, but we start going a bit crazy being in

Any activities for either home or out and about that don't cost much/if anything?

What about swimming? Are there any children's centres near you? Cinemas that do toddler showings, rhyme time/reading sessions at your local library. I find the app Hoop useful for finding free things near me.

I find swimming quite stressful, so I do tend to avoid that

The Childrens Center by me only does one stay and play group which is on my working day unfortunately

We did rhyme time a lot when she was younger but now they are very busy and she spends the session just trying to escape and throwing a fit when I bring her back Blush

Will check out hoop thank you

At 16 months I did a tonne of playgroups, trips to playparks wirh friends, a music group and swim classes. You should see if any local sports centre do baby gymnastics classes they were the best, but mine local one only starts at 18 months.
