I've had items cancelled, late deliveries, and now a whole delivery (which I've been charged for) which apparently was handed to me - except no-one was in (luckily, provably so). I'm not getting a lot of feedback from them.
To add insult to injury, they've also charged me for delivery when I used a code which supposedly made it free. No sign of a refund, even of that.
Not impressed - and I really wanted to be because they seemed like they had some decent clothes for larger sizes.
