Ikea trofast

I think I know the answer to this but need to make sure...

The photos of the trofast unit that is steeped with 1, 2, 3 boxes always show the 3 to the right, but I'd like that to the left. I take it there's no back and the drawers will work if I use it with the 1 box side to the right?

Ordering tomorrow!

Is such a pain to return ikea stuff... Have you got one? Just want to definitely confirm it although I think it's fine too from what I can see online

It’s definitely fine either way, has no back so you can use it whichever you prefer. We have one!
