Help am I pregnant? Faint line

Hi guys it’s been a week since possible conception and I’m feeling sick and lethargic and my boobs are so tender please help I took a test obviously would be way to early to tell but a very faint line has shown up, what’s your opinion?!

Imo symptoms of pregnancy started at about 6 weeks for definite anything before that was coincidence or wishful thinking.

If you’ve had a faint line that’s encouraging but I would try and wait till you’re due on for a true result. Good luck OP.

Well my very faint pink line is currently doing her singing practice

However, a week would be very early to tell I would give it a little longer and try again
