I have recently found out I am pregnant and am super excited however was looking for any hints and tips from vegan mothers as to how they kept at maximum health. i already have a son but he is nearly 16 so feel like I'm doing this for the first time. I have been vegan for many years since having him and so know about basic nutrition but not in pregnancy. If anyone knows of any vegan specific pregnancy books that would also be a huge help! I will be doing plenty of research too. Also, I know its jumping the gun a little but what replacement milks have people used after breastfeeding for vegan babies?
