How does mobile phone spot a scam?

03303035317 keep phoning and it always flags up scam- how?

Is it an android? My Samsung has some software built in that searches phone numbers as they ring.

If numbers are reported fraud in its system it flags them, it also picks up some companies, like Lloyds bank. Quite clever.

If you google the number, you get results like this:

Which suggests that it's an O2 upgrade line and also that Google is spying on your phone calls. If you're lucky there's probably a setting where you can turn it off but it's probably all explained within all those cookies messages that we all blindly accept.
