Cramps / Constipation / Misscarriage - Help

Hi,

I am 4 weeks pregnant & had pain in my stomach for the last 48 hours. I have been constipated, which has eased a little with a lot of fibre. Did anyone else experience this in early pregnancy?
Should I be concerned?
I've had very very light spotting, but no bleeding.

I had similar which is when I decided to do a pregnancy test which was positive , I figured it was implantation bleeding
