Anyone with a smeg FAB32RCR3UK Fridge freezer??

Please can you tell me how to defrost it?? It's supposed to be ice free but it is so icy the ice has pushed the door open and I can't find out how to defrost!! Any ideas?? Thanks

Empty it
Turn it off at the wall
Fill bowls with hot water and put them in the Freezer box
Mop up as it all defrosts.

Ok fab thanks, wondered if there was a way I could do it without turning it off as will have to turn fridge bit off too!
