Have you been for a make up lesson? Where did you go and did you find it good?

Looking at Bobbi Brown just now, and there's lots of different kinds so not sure what to focus on Then there are lots of other make up counters who provide lessons too, so not sure which to go for!

Where did you go? What did you have? Do you recommend it?

Posting here rather that style & beauty as would prefer a range of replies, including those from people not especially committed to make up in general.

I went to Bobbi Brown and really enjoyed it. I think they offer different lessons and don't charge for them. It's great because you get colour matched for foundation etc. as well. Go with a clear idea of what you'd like, and don't feel that you have to buy anything (but you will, as BB is lovely!).
