Washable shopping bags

What reusable bags do you use that can be washed? I tend just to reuse plastic carrier bags but they get a bit dirty after a while. I was thinking of maybe those old fashioned string bags? Any recommendations please?

I make fabric tote bags that I use for shopping. I use up any spare fabric.
If you don’t like sewing then there’s a no sew t shirt bag you can make.

Should say I don’t want a shoulder strap, just a bag you can hold in your hand.

I have a number of freebie cotton bags that just go in the wash when they become manky.
a flesh coloured one is used for meat only and washed more often.

I find the co op reuseable shopping bags wash well.
