Allen Carr's smoking cessation

I have seen this on Groupon for £144. It's a lot of money for me but I am very tempted If you have attended this did it help you quit?

I read his book and it was brilliant, helped me quit 12 years ago. I had to read it three times over the space of about a year or so but the third time just stuck. What does the £144 pay for? The book was about a £7.99 I think.

I was only just the other day talking about Dr Carr. His book was the only thing that got me to quit once and for all and this was about 12 yrs ago too! Everyone thinks I mean Alan Carr off the telly so I have to explain it's another one!

Read the book first. That may be enough. I didn't quit then, but nearly dud, and when I did, I realised the book was absolutely right.
