What toothbrush for a toddler

Hi,

I've got a couple of toddler toothbrushes for age 0-2 and they're really soft.

I brush his teeth but he's still getting build up, I just feel like the brushes are to soft to shift it

I have an 'electric one' that vibrates, and a normal one.

What do you use

How do you know he's getting build up? Has his dentist commented? You should really take advice from the dentist not people online for this! Teeth are such serious business. Toddler brushes are soft for a reason :)

I can see it on his teeth like a little white blob. Mostly on the back.
I just wondered if there was a better toothbrush to use.
