Anyone else loving this weather ??

Temps have barely left the low teens, today has been cool, drizzly and grey. But the grass and trees are looking lovely, the ducks are happy and I'm in my element. It's just warm enough to sit outside wearing a cardie.

Much better than last year and the horror of hotland, and months of relentless dry heat.

It's been beautiful here, huge black rainclouds with bright sunshine 3 second later making for perfect, huge rainbows. I'm obsessed with catching photos of the DC in front of rainbows and the whole family now know this, so will text me if one appears ready for an emergency photo shoot!

It's awful. I am hating being cold. Everything is grey and depressing. I could cry.

I LOVE it. Can't stand anything over 17 and I'm dreading the summer, so the longer it stays cool, the better for me!

It's been perfect here today. Mid teens and sunny spells with the occasional shower.

I hate hot weather so this is my ideal. I looked at the BBC weather app earlier though and for Saturday we're forecast 24c where I am in the Midlands. I'm dreading that and so hoping it's wrong.

Awful. Planned to sit outside by the river at a nice pub yesterday and it rained so we were inside. How is that better than a lovely sunny day?
Same today. Planned to sit outside with bouncy castle and eat. Too cold had to go inside.
Nothing nice about drizzle and a cold wind.

Oh and bring on 24 degrees next week, that is perfect. It’s nearly June! We’ve had many a month of the miserable dreary weather

I think this is going to be OUR summer. This time last year we were in the midst of an awful heatwave. It destroyed everything, including my tea because Manchester stole our lovely, Cumbrian water. It was the annus horriblus of morning brews.

In my experience a red hot summer like that tends to have a dodgy one the next year. My fingers are firmly crossed.

Where we are haven’t had rain for weeks and desperately need some!

I'd enjoy it if it wasn't for the bloody spores. My hay fever is mostly tolerable, these days, but as soon as it rains, my entire head fills with snot.

God no, it's cold, grey and miserable. Bring on some sunshine and warmth!

After last summer where I suffered badly in the heat, this is great

It’s absolutely horrible wet and cold. I’d be happy if it’s at least 20c and dry. Last summer was glorious and very unusual for this country and it lasted from May until October the British summer is normally dire with hot days thrown into the mix.

I'm basking in it, literally lying under my window watching the rain trickle down.

I'm dreading any hotter than 20 degrees as it makes me feel so uncomfortable and ill. So glad has been cooler.

Perfect for me. I hate it as soon as it gets too hot for jeans and trainers.

Last summer was awful, what's worse is when you get people saying "the hotter the better" when it was 34/35 I love autumn winter but don't go round gloating how I love the cold and making "the colder the better" statements to those who suffer with the cold.

Find a sheltered spot you can sunbathe if you wish without sweating your arse off

But out and about especially when one has to bastard work is comfortable
