To be fair Irish weather does tend to be changeable, but all day today it's been seesawing every 30 mins or so between bright/warm/sunny and dark/lashing rain/hail/thunder. I've given up with the lights in the house and just left the on as every time I turned them off it got dark again and I had to turn them back on. It was also a bit freaky driving along a steaming road just after a rain shower, like someone's accidentally set off a dry ice machine.
