Anyone tried it? Good/bad results? No change? Just wondering if it's one of these flash in the pan things or if it actually works!!

😁😁 No, it's a big new thing, apparently. Started by a Japanese woman who (unsurprisingly) looks amazing at 49. I love yoga anyway - just wondered if it was worth trying!
