Stopping smoking

Needing a kick up my ass. Quit day today but have no nicotine replacement until 9 waiting for chemist to open. Anyone wanna help keep me sane?

Yes, you can do it.

You’ll probably have been to chemist for nic-replacement by time you read this. I wish you best of luck, just think of the money you’ll save. I bought a vape a month ago and am smoke-free for 12 days now. I do get the urge now and then for a cig, but then tell myself that after I’ve smoked a cig I have wiped out 12 days progress and have to start again. I’m definitely feeling better for it, so will you.
