Think I’ve just ballsed up with pain relief

Took two cocodamol at 10pm - usual tablets ... still very sore just now so took one dihydroxideine . I’m not opiate naive , I’m used to taking cocodamol and it doesn’t have much of an effect any more but I’m in a panic that I shouldn’t have taken them so close together ... will I be alright likely ? I’m overweight (like 137kg overweight!) ... it’s nit worth ringing 111 is it ? I’m sure I’ve taken similar in hospital before although aware that’s different !

I’m a bit on the ‘safer than sorry side’ (with a pharma background...). I’m sure it really is fine but please do call 111 to be sure. You won’t regret calling either way x

I think you should be fine. It's the paracetamol bit of co-codamol that is more dangerous to double up as long as you are not opiate naive
