Baby bumble bee fest

My garden is teeming with life this last hour. I've sat on my bench and have had a little M25 of furry bodies zipping back and forth and they're all tiny - literally the same size as my smallest fingernail.

Love it.

In fact, they're so small, I'm wondering whether the best is close. Load of them and other types of Bumble bees are crawling through my thick hedge - would they set up a hive in a thick nest?!
