Can anyone help me plan buses in Hove?

I need to get from Hove train station to Princes Square. This looks like a pita journey as far as I can see so far. I'm looking for the fastest, least hassle bus route. I thought I could walk down Clarendon road from the station & catch a bus on Sackville road but it appears buses don't run on the upper part of this road. Otherwise, it looks like a 3 bus journey. Anyone know a simpler route?

I live nearby and I'm sure it's only a 20 min walk. Just looked on Google maps and says the same.

If you wanted less walking get off at portslade station then get the 6 and get off the bus at westbourne villas.

Hope this helps :)

Thanks for that, also can you use cash on local buses or do you need to purchase a pass in advance?

You can use cash or a contactless card. There is also an app you can download to buy tickets on which is a little cheaper. :)
