Hi all,
just want to know who do I report to if my neighbours garage is leaning onto my side which potentially could be dangerous.
My neighbour has disputed the boundary we are not on talking terms, we had chartered surveyors report which outlined i was building well within boundary. We left enough space from the ground for overhang as builders started to build up the garage wall is nearly touching my new built angering the neighbour.
i just need advice
