Can you use a glass casserole dish in the oven as intensely as a ceramic dish?

I have an oven proof glass 2L casserole dish with a glass lid (similar to www.robertdyas.co.uk/pyrex-round-casserole-3-5l?istCompanyId=bf3344d9-83f5-4abd-b69a-da131f7567d1&istFeedId=d5c075aa-68e2-4c62-8948-f7cbc48a8c82&istItemId=wpapimll&istBid=tztq&gclid=Cj0KCQjwz6PnBRCPARIsANOtCw1MNP9n631iQnyaHCVVEtuN9sPBJrW1X6INgpKXkM0515BKbBsk0A8aAuwqEALw_wcB)

Can I, for example, brown the outside of lamb and semi cook rice and then put it in the glass casserole dish into the oven for up to an hour for it all to cook through or is it much better when using a ceramic casserole dish, etc?

It's Pyrex! It'll do anything!

I've had mine for over 30 years and they must have spent thousands of hours in the oven

@IHeartKingThistle Mine is like the one in the picture in all ways EXCEPT mine says "glass" not Pyrex
