DH had already picked up cinnamon swirls, lemon muffins and Bakewell tarts so I put the gingernuts back!

I got some too. When I told the lady it would be rude to say ‘No’ she said some people were turning them down.
I asked if she’d point out theTrussell trust donation box, just a few feet away, to people.

I did too, a nice bonus. They also have a Nectar promotion on for the 150th birthday. 150 bonus points if you spend over £1. You can do this 3 times a day (Friday to Monday) so split your transactions and that’s 1800 points which you would normally have to spend £1800 to get instead of £12. Nectar is a bit rubbish but this is a very decent deal if you’re going anyway. I have managed to do it three times Friday and today and will try to for the next couple of days. I go to Sainsbury’s most days anyway.
