Do I want a Fitbit inspire HR or charge 3?

Mainly looking at it for the HR monitor, plus the steps. Which is the slimmer profile?

I know it’s not what you asked but to chuck something in the mix I have the garmin vivoactive 3. The white one. I love it. Looks like a proper watch, is feminine, reliable step counts and HR. It adjusts your daily goals to suit your lifestyle.

It also has GPS in it.

I have the Charge 3 - I think it's great!

I had an original Alta which died last week and had the same dilemma. In the end I've gone with the Charge 3, mainly because the battery life is longer. I've only had it a day but I'm liking it so far and really liking having a larger screen than I had on the old Alta: it makes reading notifications much easier.

Just replaced my 3 year old Alta with a charge 3 and I'm liking it a lot!

I was just about to buy the inspire as I was thinking the charge 3 was too big?

reviews I've read of the Charge 3 seem to be very mixed regarding reliability - lots of reports of screens freezing? I'm hesitating about replacing my Charge 2 and even wondering about Apple watches...

I’m not fussed about notifications/calls etc, just for the HR and step tracking.

DH has just sent his Charge 3 back. It didn't like windows 10 and also was losing time. So absolutely useless. I have an Inspire HR and I'm really happy with it.C

QVC have a fitbit as TSV tomorrow, you might want to take a look at that.
