Wee one was eating dinner tonight as normal.
Usually loves coleslaw, he took a mouthful started screaming and spat it out.
After a drink I noticed that he's got little yellow spots all over his tongue. It's obviously bothering him but he's managed to drink his milk although not too keen on eating (managed a bit chocolate tho 
).
No other symptoms, well in himself if a bit clingy but he's only just getting over a few weeks of minor ailments.
No new food or exposure to anything else odd I can recall.
Any ideas? Anyone seen anything like this? Was instantly thinking hfm but I don't think it fits? Help!
