Is it safe to eat frozen food from ripped bags

I'm a bit paranoid about food safety/ hygiene. Is it safe to eat frozen food if the plastic bag it comes in has tears in it. I had my shopping delivered and the frozen brocolli bag has tears in in (1cm big) and so does the frozen hash browns.

If it was just the one tear I wouldn’t give it a second thought but lots of them suggests possible rodents to me

ItsAHardKn0ckLife1 both bags of hash browns had quite a few tears in (between 5 and 10)

I wouldn't. If they got torn in my own freezer, no problem. If they arrived torn, you have no idea whether they have been contaminated in any way.
