We're looking to move out from South East to somewhere within relatively easy reach of London but with great schools and ok property prices.
Grantham seems to tick so many of these boxes - especially as I only need to go into London 3x a week. Having visited quite a few times it looks quite nice and while not exactly buzzing is definitely no worse than any number of South East commuter towns
But house prices seem super cheap even compared to the North West - where I am originally from. Am I missing something? Also does anyone do the commute and what is it like? Would be grateful for your thoughts xx
