Please show me your wedding rings

I'm looking for some inspiration before I start the search, please let me see your wedding rings!

Mines plain 18 carat white gold. The other is my eternity ring that hubby bought for me for our 10th anniversary

My engagement ring is an awkward shape with the split shank and I didn't like the look of a gap so I had my wedding ring made to fit

@stayfit we had them hand made at a jewellers. £400 each ring.

Mine is a plain D-shaped palladium band, 4mm width. My engagement ring is a halo set cushion cut diamond in platinum with set shoulders, but for a platinum wedding band that would have been ££££ so palladium is a great compromise. The D-shape sits nicely under my engagement ring and the wider band of the wedding ring looks lovely with the fine band of my engagement ring. DH just has a plain yellow gold band but doesn’t wear it unless we are out or away.

Half band of diamonds here. Still love it

@MaryBoBary yes and diamonds, and wasn't expensive, about £500. I used a company called alba rose. They have a shop near to where I live but do online orders too, you get a computer generated graphic based on your design and a wax model to check fit, you can alter it at any point before they make the final version, I liked having that input (I'm a bit of a control freak. DH chose my engagement ring but knew I wanted a sapphire and liked a more vintage look, I don't know how much that was but I know it wasn't more than £600 as I said it had better not cost more than the car repairs at the time! I don't trust myself with really expensive jewellery and usually wear more unusual things like tatty devine rather than fine jewellery.

Mine's white and yellow gold with small diamonds all the way round - I'd intended to go for just yellow gold with three small diamonds, but this one looked better with my yellow gold engagement ring.

My eternity ring is yellow gold with diamonds all the way round.

Mine is a 2mm flat platinum.

Just plain the same band as my engagement ring so they sit perfectly together.

Plain as you like gold band from Tiffany. I wanted gold because I'd worn gold before and so it made significant for me.

I have a plain gold band and didn't get engaged so no ring either.
I'd live an eternity ring, I live those with diamonds all round, just quite simple. If I ever win the lottery I'm getting one!!

Very thin and plain platinum because the engagement ring is so simple and clean looking (as in simple clean lines!). I had really wanted an emerald cut diamond in my engagement ring and DH designed/ had it made with a platinum band - it felt so special he’d done that! It also came with a “passport” of ethical origins, which was super important to me.

I have ridiculous children’s sized hands and anything else would have looked stupid on me.

I’m surprised by how many people seem to wear their wedding ring above their engagement ring.

I have a plain gold wedding ring. I was advised by a jeweller that you shouldn’t wear a ring with a stone in it, in bed or the shower as you can loosen the clasps holding the jewel. So I regularly take off my engagement ring (also don’t like wearing it for things like gardening, dog walking, baking if you need to combine the mixture with your hands) but never take off my wedding ring.

I also have this ring which I think is russian. It's a white gold, rose gold and yellow gold so three rings which lock in.

I wanted something a bit different but still wedding ringy! My engagement ring is gold with 3 diamonds on, it belonged to DH's grandmother - I now wear it on my other hand.

White gold band with a few diamonds. I had it custom made to fit my engagement ring, which was purchased from a high street jewellers but they didn’t sell a wedding band to match. The jewellery designer came up with the design and I love it, I wanted some sparkle but not too much.
