For the past few days I have been getting really bad headaches, almost like dehydration headaches. They normally come on at night and sometimes are waking me in the night.
I have also noticed that I am getting really watery and gunky eyes and a bit sniffly when I go outside, especially on the school run where I walk through 2 parks that have lots of freshly mown grass.
Does this sound like hay fever? I haven't really suffered this bad in the past but my mum only started getting hay fever badly as she got older so I wonder if I take after her.
It's making me really miserable as the headaches are really painful!
Any advice appreciated as I'm currently awake again at stupid o'clock with a banging head!
