I'm going through a divorce, and the relationship between my 16 year old (who is still in f/t education) and her father has completely broken down. She wants nothing to do with him. Me and him are on the cusp of going our separate ways, and my child is coming with me (obvs). If he isn't seeing her at all, once we split (as currently living in the same house), does this mean that he won't have to pay any child maintenance, or by law does he still have to pay, even though he isn't likely to see her.
