Can someone tell me what this is?

Can someone help me? This is on my lower back and very painful. Is it a boil or abcess? I've had this for a couple of weeks and the past few days I've been applying magnesium sulphate with a breathable gauge to see if I can draw anything out. I'm on holiday in a few days so want it gone!

Whatever it is, you probably need to see a doctor. If there's some sort of infection there you don't want it spreading and getting worse, especially if you are going away.
